I am initiating IMCL Short position in my model biotech-oncology portfolio. Sell Short 300 shares of IMCL 29-Dec-05 at the market open. Stop loss will be set 7% higher than the entry price.

may not be purchased, but FDA wil rule on expanded lableing for Erbitux by 3/15/06(for head & neck cancer). If it's OK'd (as expected), BMY must pay IMCL $250MM. This would give IMCL over $1B in cash total.

Yahoo shows 600M in debt for IMCL. 1B in cash does not look as impressive when one takes the debt into account.
